Robert C. Roesch, II, State Underwriting Counsel

Robert C. Roesch, II earned his B.S. degree from Muskingum College and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.  From 1981 to 1997, Mr. Roesch worked as an office aide, a paralegal and then as an associate with Schottenstein, Zox and Dunn, L.P.A.  He joined a Large Local Title Agency in 1997 where he was Senior Underwriting Counsel in the Commercial Division and managed their title operations. He joined a major underwriter in 2003 where he served as Commercial Underwriting Counsel.  He advised the company on legal and business affairs in several roles.  His current and past responsibilities include title underwriting, and commercial and residential transactional counsel.  He has spoken for boards of realtors and local realty companies on title and real estate matters.  Mr. Roesch is a member of the Columbus Bar Association (Real Property Section) and the Ohio State Bar Association.
